1. General Use of the Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or our services at any time without prior notice.

1. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our furniture as accurately as possible, including colors, dimensions, and materials. However:

• Color Variations: Actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, photography lighting, and the natural characteristics of wood and finishes.
• Natural Materials: As our products are crafted from natural solid wood, variations in grain patterns, knots, and color tones are normal and not considered defects. These unique characteristics are part of the beauty of handcrafted furniture.
• Dimensions: All measurements are approximate. Custom orders are built to the specifications agreed upon during the design confirmation phase.

1. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

• Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
• Custom Orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production on all custom dining tables and chairs. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

1. Custom Orders

Because our furniture is handcrafted to your specifications, custom orders have specific policies:

• Design Approval: Once you approve the final design, dimensions, wood species, and finish, changes may not be possible without additional charges.
• Cancellation: Custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the deposit for a full refund. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable as materials and labor are allocated.
• Lead Time: Custom pieces typically require 3-4 weeks from design approval to completion. We will provide an estimated timeline, but delays due to material availability or craftsmanship standards may occur.

1. Shipping & Delivery

• In-Stock Items: Ship within 3-5 business days via standard freight or local delivery.
• Custom Items: Ship upon completion. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Shipping Damage: Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it immediately. Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Delivery Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring the delivery path is clear and that the furniture will fit through doorways, staircases, and elevators. Failure to accommodate delivery may result in additional fees.

1. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• In-Stock Items: May be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
• Custom Items: Due to their personalized nature, custom dining tables and chairs are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or materially differ from the approved design.
• Defective Items: If your furniture arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days at online@wema-homes.com with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

1. Warranty

Wema Homes warrants that all furniture is free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery under normal residential use.This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
• Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, fading, or softening of cushions/upholstery.
• Damage caused by environmental factors (extreme humidity, direct sunlight, temperature fluctuations).
• Natural wood movement, including minor warping, cracking, or expansion due to seasonal changes.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, logos, and product designs—is the property of Wema Homes LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wema Homes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pinal County, Arizona.
