 Both! We carry select in-stock designs that ship quickly, but our specialty is custom, handcrafted dining furniture. As a small design workshop, we build every table and chair to order—so you can tailor dimensions, materials, and finishes to your exact space and style. 

 We work primarily with solid hardwoods—oak, walnut, and ash. Tabletops are available in solid wood or sintered stone (porcelain slab). All lumber is kiln-dried for stability, and we finish every piece with eco-friendly, low-VOC water-based coatings that are safe for family homes. 

 Absolutely. Customization is what sets us apart. Need a 96-inch table to seat ten? Chairs with a lower seat height for a counter? Just send us your room dimensions and inspiration photos, and we’ll provide a complimentary design consultation.

 In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders typically require 3–4 weeks from design approval to completion. Because each piece is cut, joined, and finished by hand in our workshop, we don’t rush—but we do promise to meet any hard deadlines you share with us (move-in dates, holidays, etc.).

2. Design & Quote — We send sketches or 3D renderings with a firm quote.
3. Crafting — Our artisans build your furniture; progress updates available upon request.
4. Delivery — We ship blanket-wrapped or deliver and assemble in your home.

Yes—visits are welcome by appointment. You can inspect wood samples, sit in our chairs, and discuss your project face-to-face.

 Yes. We offer free local delivery and white-glove assembly within [Your City/Metro Area, e.g., South Florida]. For nationwide orders, we partner with specialized furniture freight carriers who blanket-wrap every item. Assembly instructions are included, or we can arrange in-home setup in most major markets for a flat fee. 

 Please inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any shipping damage, note it on the BOL and photograph it immediately. Contact us within 48 hours and we will repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you. We fully insure every shipment.
